Carla Baptista

Carla Baptista is an associate professor at NOVA FCSH in the Communication Sciences Department and a researcher at ICNOVA (NOVA Communication Institute). Integrates the editorial board of Revista Media & Jornalismo, a journal in the field of media and journalism indexed in SCOPUS. The main research interests are in the area of Journalism Studies, namely Media History, Media and Gender, Media and Culture, and Digital Political Communication. Currently, is the co-PI of the research project «Towards a history of journalism in Portugal» (Refª: PTDC / COM-JOR / 28144/201), financed by FCT.
